"В своем ходатайстве осужденный указал о том, что исполнил все требования законодательства для подачи ходатайства о замене наказания более мягким видом", – говорится в сообщении суда.
В качестве доводов указал, что он положительно характеризуется, возместил по приговору причиненный ущерб, а также добровольно передал государству другие денежные средства и имущество на общую сумму более 700 млрд тенге.
