Студенты-медики и выпускники медицинских колледжей и вузов из малых городов и сел смогут стать участниками госпрограмм «Земский доктор» и «Земский фельдшер». Эти программы гарантируют единовременные выплаты за работу в небольших и отдаленных городах.
🩺При работе на удаленных и труднодоступных территориях выплата составит от 1 до 1,5 млн рублей молодым врачам и от 500 до 750 тыс. рублей фельдшерам, акушеркам и медсестрам.
🩺Для Дальнего Востока, Крайнего Севера и регионов Арктической зоны выплаты составят 2 млн и 1 млн рублей.
❗️Чтобы получить компенсации, медработники должны заключить договор с медучреждением и отработать в нем не менее 5 лет.
«В трехлетнем бюджете ежегодно предусмотрено около 6 млрд рублей на предоставление выплат всем специалистам по таким “Земским” программам», – отметил Михаил Мишустин.
