ТЭЦ-1 и ТЭЦ-2 совокупно дали рост выбросов на 0.7 тысяч тонн за год, у ТЭЦ-3 - снижение на 100 тонн. Уровень загрязнения воздуха в 2016 году в городе признан "очень высоким" (годом ранее был просто "высокий").
