Конкурс по формированию резерва управленческих кадров муниципального образования «город Оренбург» объявил Глава города Сергей Салмин. Соответствующее объявление было опубликовано на официальном Интернет-портале города Оренбурга 24 мая 2024 года.
Конкурсная комиссия принимала документы для назначения на должности: заместителя Главы Оренбурга, главы округа Оренбурга, руководителя муниципального предприятия, руководителя муниципального учреждения, заместителя руководителя муниципального предприятия, заместителя руководителя муниципального учреждения.
Всего заявки на конкурс подали три человека. Кандидаты прошли тестирование и индивидуальное собеседование. По результатам тестирования и собеседования, комиссия приняла решение включить всех троих оренбуржцев в кадровый резерв управленческих кадров.
