Дополнительные мероприятия на 1 трлн рублей позволят расширить лимитирующие участки на подходах к портам и обеспечить провозную способность на уровне 270 млн тонн в год.
Теперь вопрос, как это всё отразится на тарифах (президент просил учесть их влияние на экономику грузоотправителей).
