Поэтапно в него будут переезжать госведомства, которые в настоящее время располагаются в здании «Нижполиграфа» на улице Варварской. Освободившиеся площади отдадут под технопарк для педагогов и учащихся.
Сотрудники каких органов власти займут помещения в Доме связи, пока не решено – список формируется. Завершить переезд планируется во второй половине 2026 года.
В настоящее время в здании «Нижполиграфа» по адресу улица Варварская, 32, расположены Госинспекция труда, областное Управление Федеральной службы государственной регистрации, кадастра и картографии, территориальный отдел Росздравнадзора, управление по труду и занятости, следственное управление, Управление Минкульта по ПФО.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
