В новый состав войдут следующие лица: Светлана Басова, Виктор Вискунов, Рамиз Гадиев, Эдуард Гиниатуллин, Александр Громов, Сергей Дмитриев, Владислав Иванов, Вера Кондратьева, Людмила Кузнецова, Анастасия Муллаярова, Сергей Сапичев, Римма Сальманова, Александр Семенов, Ольга Сидорова и Андрей Спасибин.
Отметим, что общественная палата ХМАО избирается один раз в три года. Срок полномочий предыдущего седьмого созыва истекает 27 декабря 2022 года. Процедура формирования нового состава палаты следующая: одну треть членов общественной палаты ХМАО утверждает заксобрание, 15 кандидатов утверждает губернатор, затем уже утвержденные 30 человек выбирают еще 15 кандидатов. Полномочия нового состава палаты начнут действовать со дня ее первого заседания.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
