Жертвой интернет-мошенников стала 48-летняя жительница Генического района. В мессенджере ей поступило сообщение с предложением приобрести парфюмерную продукцию по выгодной цене. Незнакомка убедила женщину оформить заказ и перевести более 400 тысяч рублей на ее банковский счет.
Однако после получения денег «продавец» исчезла, а все попытки связаться с ней оказались безуспешными. По факту происшествия возбуждено уголовное дело по статье 159 УК РФ. Полицейские проводят оперативные мероприятия для установления личности преступницы.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
