❤️Друзья, мы редко проводим сборы и обращаемся к вам за помощью. Но поддержка нашей организации – ХКОО «Милосердие» действительно нужна. Ежедневно, в период холодов, к нам приходит не менее 40 человек, нуждающихся в тепле и питании. Мы не отказываем ни кому. Тем, кто готов прикладывать усилия и менять свою жизнь, предлагаем стать участниками проекта Надежда, тем, кого всё устраивает, мы всё равно пускаем на ночлег, обеспечивая сменной одеждой и горячим питанием. Ведь, какие-бы причины не привели человека на улицу, он не должен там замёрзнуть и погибнут от голода.

Средств на все потребности не хватает, поэтому мы просим о помощи в сборе средств на покупку консервов для бездомных. Консервы используются для приготовления первых блюд и каш. Мы их включаем в продуктовые наборы для нуждающихся, выдаём бездомным. С радостью примем, как сами консервы, так и пожертвования на них.

"And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
