Подобный закон в ноябре приняли депутаты в Бурятии. Там бездомное животное убьют, если его не заберут из приюта в течение 30 дней. Власти Забайкалья тоже планируют поддержать эвтаназию животных. Местные жители создали петицию против убийства животных.
