А, зачем тогда мы платим налоги для этой сферы? Хотя, по отчетам, к примеру, Минобразования России у нас все в стране замечательно с кадрами. Особенно здорово, с инженерными. Возникает крамольная мысль, может быть ЮФО в документах Минобра РФ уже не в составе России?
