51-летнего Николая Онищенко убийца застрелил из охотничьего ружья в 14:30 по местному времени.

Анатолий Фенин убил главу района двумя выстрелами, после перезарядил ружьё и попытался покончить с собой. Убийца сейчас находится в реанимации в тяжёлом состоянии, медики оценивают его состояние как критическое. Допросить его пока не могут.

По предварительной версии, подчинённый затаил злобу на своего бывшего начальника. Фенину не нравилось как с ним обращался Онищенко.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
