В соревнованиях приняли участие команды хоккеистов 2012-2013 годов рождения: псковское «Торнадо», великолукский «Экспресс», печорский «Рубеж», а также «Псковские барсы» из Псковского района.
Великолучане уверенно обыграли коллектив из Печор и Псковского района. Основная борьба за золото велась между псковским и великолукским клубами. В итоге великолучане в очной встрече одержали победу – 6:4 и выиграли турнир. Лучшим игроком соревнований признали Всеволода Ткачёва из «Экспресса».
Воспитанники великолукской спортшколы получили право представить Псковскую область на зональном этапе «Золотой шайбы», который пройдёт в Нижегородской области с 14 по 20 февраля.
