Пока «Альфа Банк» проводит конференции для кировских предпринимателей его сотрудники и партнеры банка ежедневно по несколько раз в день названивают мне с настойчивым предложением взять кредит. Мои ответы, что вы уже звонили 10 раз - не помогают. Менеджеры даже не слушают мой ответ, перебивают в грубой форме и продолжают свой речевой модуль. Какую они преследует цель, мне не понятно.
Чему Вы учите на Ваших «конфах»? Как работать? Как за счет «телефонного терроризма» привлечь клиента?
Такие случае были и раньше, банки говорят: «это не мы, это наши партнёры звонят». А кто выбирает партнёров?
