Шоколадное яйцо ручной работы

Как я уже писала выше в посте, в Финляндии на Пасху принято есть и дарить шоколадные яйца 🙂

И одно из традиционных яиц - Mignon от Fazer, которое изготавливается вручную с 1896. Рецепт Карл Фацер (да, именно так звучит на финском Fazer) привёз из Германии и с тех пор ни рецепт, ни технология не менялись. Снаружи - яичная скорлупа. Внутри - миндально-ореховая нуга. Вес яйца 52 г.

Для того, чтобы яйцо легко и быстро “открыть”, нужна особая технология. У меня есть видео, как это сделать

А в выставочном центре Fazer можно увидеть кролика высотой 3.2 метра, весом 100 кг. На его создание ушло 9330 пустых миньон яиц и 2 месяца работы. Это своеобразный памятник одному из старейших продуктов компании был установлен в 2016 году к 125-летнему юбилею бренда.
