Как сообщает пресс-служба правительства Приангарья, обход Усолья и поселка Тельма — это крупнейший дорожный проект в регионе за последние 80 лет.
Общая протяженность новой трассы — более 42 километров. Там построили шесть транспортных развязок, пять мостов через реки и пять путепроводов.
