Думаю, разрешение поставок на Украину противопехотных мин, запрещенных Оттавской конвенцией, уже напрямую не относится к повышению обороноспособности ВСУ.
Это уже вполне сознательное загрязнение территории, то есть создание достаточно обширной площади, которая долгое время не будет пригодна для жизни и хозяйственной деятельности.
То есть, после срыва Стамбульских мирных переговоров весной 2022 года, это в целом магистральный вектор политики Запада - максимально обесценить трофеи РФ. Посто тут уже совсем без стеснений.
