Также, по словам Володина, депутаты сейчас изучают возможность «распространить эту норму на тех, кто уехал из России и высказывается оскорбительно по отношению к стране и участникам СВО, при этом получая средства от сдачи в аренду и продажи своего имущества на территории РФ».
