In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
