И вот за бюджетные средства снова проводятся исследования (!!!), чтобы по их результатам выпустить очередной справочник с рекомендациями мигрантам (вероятнее всего, на их языках) «как действовать, куда идти, что делать» для их комфортного пребывания в столице России за наш счет.
Неужели методички ФАДН настолько устарели (как прошлогодний московский асфальт с бордюрами), что пора выпускать новые? Или у нас в бюджете настолько много денег, что их уже совсем некуда девать? А всем заинтересованным участникам данного «гуманитарного» процесса надо ещё и «заработать» под конец года?
