Система целевого завоза/организованного набора трудовых мигрантов, которая уже разработана в межведомственной группе Совбеза, как раз и подразумевает приезд мигранта под конкретного работодателя и конкретный контракт с конкретным сроком пребывания без права работника/мигранта изменить эти условия.
Конечно, хорошо, что Минстрой озвучил такую инициативу. Но не надо забывать, что именно строительная отрасль является одним из источников и причиной той ситуации, которая к сегодняшнему дню сложилась с миграцией в нашего стране. Вот и их задело бумерангом, всё возвращается.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
