Для создания лакомства повара использовали 120 яиц, 22 кг маргарина, 14 кг кефира, 14- сливочного масла, 85 кг муки и больше 50 кг молочной и вареной сгущенки. Общая масса десерта получилась впечатляющей — больше 200 килограммов.
Сегодня на площадке перед уфимским Дворцом борьбы в рамках ХХ Форума межрегионального сотрудничества России и Казахстана состоится конкурс по приготовлению традиционного бешбармака.
