Сейчас у меня возникла проблема с отоплением, написал об этом в приложении Госуслуги Москвы. Через 20 минут подошёл работник, а уже через полчаса без лишних разговоров всё было решено!
Люди, которые не ценят подобные моменты, просто не знают альтернативы. Например, как это выглядело бы в Израиле, где решение аналогичной ситуации заняло бы намного больше времени, сил и эмоций, а сама проблема могла так и остаться не решённой. Дисперсия Каргинизма – подписаться.
