Фильм «Мой любимый чемпион» стал одной из многочисленных премьер фестиваля, поэтому гости смогли увидеть фильм одними из первых в стране.
История про Сашу и ее лучшего друга — коня Джонатана. Только он может разделить с ней радости, потери и надежды. Сашу не понимают одноклассники, а мама считает, что строптивый конь, напоминающий девочке об отце, является обузой для семьи. И только бабушка готова поддержать Сашу в стремлении сохранить лошадь. Для этого юной спортсменке и Джонатану предстоит пройти долгий путь, ведущий к большим победам и новым открытиям.
