Вот есть объективные критерии оценки кандидатов. Чем объективнее, тем лучше, верно же? Но от субъективности никуда не деться 🙈 Работать же придётся с живым человеком, а не с объективными критериями.
Сейчас в одном диалоге сформулировала (а я щас ищу к нам человека в команду и много собеседую сама), что мне критично важно, чтобы с человеком можно было откровенно поговорить про любое говнище (простите), которое есть и бывает в любой работе. И если не получается откровенного разговора, то я не смогу сработаться с таким человеком.
Сижу сейчас и осмысляю. Расскажите про ваши субъективные критерии? Есть у вас такое?
