Сегодня в рамках рубрики #их_право #Оман сообщаем о том, что Правительства РФ и Омана подписали соглашение об избежании двойного налогообложения и предотвращении уклонения от уплаты налогов на доходы («Соглашение»).
Подобное соглашение между Правительствами двух стран было заключено еще в 2001 г., однако оно так и не было ратифицировано. Ратификацию нового Соглашения предполагается осуществить в течение этого года, чтобы уже с 1 января 2024 года оно вступило в силу.
Среди прочего, Соглашение определяет ставку налога на доходы в виде дивидендов:
🔹 для тех компаний, которые владеют не менее чем 20% доли участия в капитале компании, выплачивающей указанные дивиденды, ставка составит 10%;
🔹 в остальных случаях ставка по налогу на дивиденды составит 15%.
Также в Соглашении определяется ставка налогообложения роялти (10%) и процентных доходов (10%).
С учетом того, что Оман имеет репутацию «Ближневосточной Швейцарии» и является дружественной для России юрисдикций, ратификация Соглашения поспособствуют дальнейшему укреплению экономических связей между странами, росту объема инвестиций и торговли.

That hurt tech stocks. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
