Как сообщили в пресс-службе министерства транспорта и дорожного хозяйства, движение автобусов ограничено с 20:00 28 ноября на участке с 26-го по 254-км трассы Южно-Сахалинск — Оха в Долинском и Макаровском районах.
Список маршрутов, рейсы которых были отменены:
112 Южно-Сахалинск — Долинск;
502 Южно-Сахалинск — Поронайск;
504 Южно-Сахалинск — А-Сахалинский;
505 Южно-Сахалинск — Быков;
506 Макаров — Поронайск;
507 Южно-Сахалинск — Смирных;

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
