При этом, ощутят на себе перемены только Запорожская и Херсонская области, так как там сейчас разница с Москвой составляет минус один час. В ДНР и ЛНР часовой пояс совпадает с московским.
Изменения в часовых зонах нужны для синхронизации законодательства Российской Федерации после принятия в её состав новых субъектов. Как пояснил Минпромторг, московское время является "исходным при исчислении местного времени в часовых зонах".
