Для того, чтобы свободно и весело одевать собственное население (да и мировое тоже), вернуть к жизни текстильную отрасль (в т.ч. и Ивановскую область), необходимо создавать собственную суверенную сырьевую базу на основе льна и, более того, восстанавливать традиционную монополию России на лён. Как это сделать писал (и в инстанции, и в журналах) тысячи раз, - например, тут, тут, тут, тут и тут. Дорогое Правительство, займись!

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
