• 1 банан и размять вилкой
• 1 яйцо
• 1 столовая ложка какао
• 1 столовая ложка псиллиума (можно без него, будет даже нежнее)
• щепотка разрыхлителя

Разложить по формочкам (здесь порция на 2 небольших кекса) и в микроволновку на 3 минуты. Я делала вторую порцию, поэтому можно все ингредиенты смело умножать на 2!
