Санкции за нарушение правил пожарной безопасности в лесах по статье 8.32 КоАП для граждан могут составить от 15 до 30 тысяч рублей (вместо от 1,5 до 3 тысяч), для должностных лиц — от 20 до 40 тысяч (вместо от 10 до 20 тысяч), для юрлиц — от 100 до 400 тысяч (вместо от 50 до 200 тысяч)
Если нарушение правил пожарной безопасности повлекло возникновение лесного пожара без причинения тяжкого вреда здоровью человека и эти действия (бездействие) не содержат признаков уголовно наказуемого деяния, то для граждан штраф составит от 50 тыс. до 60 тыс. руб. (сейчас 5 тыс. руб.), для должностных лиц - от 100 тыс. до 110 тыс. руб. (сейчас 50 тыс. руб.). Самый большой штраф за такое правонарушение предлагается установить для юридических лиц - от 1 млн до 2 млн руб. В настоящее время для юрлиц предусмотрен штраф от 500 тыс. до 1 млн руб.
