Для участия в конкурсе необходимо выложить у себя на странице в социальной сети ВКонтакте фотографию с новогодним городским убранством (ёлки, горки, новогодние фигуры) с хэштегом #мойновогоднийАртём, геометкой локации, а также отметить официальную страницу администрации Артемовского городского округа до 20 января 2025 года (включительно). На фото обязательно должен присутствовать как минимум один человек.
Комиссия отберет 10 самых интересных и ярких фотографий, после чего жители смогут выбрать из них троих победителей посредством голосования. Опрос будет проводиться в канале администрации Артёма.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
