Ведь это больше чем в декабре 2022- 2023 годах! Удивлены? Ведь ипотечная ставка-то заградительна. Ну а я не удивлён, ведь примерно такой сценарий и описывал ранее.
Вот такие дела, но стоит отметить, что стоимость «вторички» пока растёт слабо. Сказывается высокая ключевая ставка. А что будет, если ставку снизят? Вот поэтому, я и написал в предыдущем посте, что вполне допускаю рост стоимости «вторички» в Москве, при наступлении этого события.
