Бывший командующий ССО ознакомился с бытом бойцов, а также проверил как проводятся учения. Губернатор привез мобилизованным тулякам автомобили, квадроциклы, коптеры, а также обмундирование. Дюмин отметил, что продолжит рейды по частям, где проходят обучение мобилизованные туляки.
