Возврат сооружения государству в первую очередь в полной мере ощутили посетители, так как сейчас почему-то заблокировали въезд на огромную пустую парковку, из-за чего водителям приходится долго ждать и парковаться вдоль дороги. До этого парковка всегда была открыта. Местные госорганы профессионально умеют создавать проблемы для людей на ровном месте.
