Девочки! Очень советую попробовать сделать оладушки из творога но не на обычном, а на зерненом твороге.

Ингредиенты:
Творог зерненый 350 гр.;
Яйца 2 шт.;
Мука 5-7 ст.ложек;
Сахарный песок 1 ст.ложка;
Соль по вкусу;
Пакетик ванильного сахара;
Подсолнечное масло для жарки;
Сметана, сгущённое молоко для подачи.

Рецепт:
В миске смешиваем творог, яйца, ванильный сахар, сахарный песок, соль, муку (добавляем, пока не получим консистенцию густой сметаны) перемешиваем и жарим оладушки на подсолнечном масле до готовности.

Подавать советую со сметаной политой сверху сгущённым молоком.
