Руккола 50-70 гр.; Салат листовой 50-70 гр.; Огурец средний 1 шт.; Помидорка средняя 1 шт.; Сыр творожный с зеленью (я люблю Хохланд)- 1 ст.ложка; Лимон 1 толстая долька; Сыр твердый (в идеале пармезан тертый 2 ч.ложки); Соль, перец по вкусу.
Рецепт: Кладём в глубокую миску зелень, режем ту да же крупно помидорку, огуречик, набрасываем творожный сыр небольшими кусочками, солим, перчим, выдавливаем сок лимона и перемешиваем. Творожный сыр с лимоном превратятся в заправку.
Выкладываем на тарелку для подачи и посыпаем тёртым пармезаном.
