Энергетики решили обойтись без глобальных отключений электроэнергии в Липецке 27 января
27 января в связи с необходимостью проведения ремонтных работ и установки приборов учета электроэнергии в городском электросетевом комплексе будет временно приостановлена подача электроэнергии потребителям:
- с 09:00 до 17:00 – ремонтные работы: ул. им. Баумана д. 85 – 193; ул. Земляничная, д. 21, 29; ул. Надежды, д. 1-14; ул. Васильковая.
- с 08:00 до 17:00 – мероприятия в рамках технологического присоединения к сетям: ул. Агрономическая, д. 1; Боевой проезд, д. 25/2, 25/3, 25а, 26, 27, 27а, 28, 29, 30, 5, 5а; ул. Виктора Музыки; ул. Опытная, д. 1-27; Трубный проезд, д. 1.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
