Один из крупнейших банков Казахстана Halyk Bank окончательно прекратил обслуживание карт «Мир» с 27 февраля. Обслуживание прекращено как через банкоматы, так и через POS-терминалы, пишет kommersant.ru.

Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
