Компания принадлежит Абраму Овеяну, он же ей и руководит. В 2021 году выручка «Тюменьтел» по данным сервиса «Сбис» составила 3,4 миллиарда рублей, а чистая прибыль — 411,6 миллиона рублей.
Кроме прочего гендиректор застройщика – Абрам Овеян является заслуженным строителем России и президентом общественной организации «Союз армян Тюменской области».

Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday.
