ماذا سيكون الحال لو كانت الولايات المتحدة تتعامل مع إسرائيل كجمهورية موز أخرى في "فنائها الخلفي"، وهي مجازات تستخدمها أمريكا للتعبير عن قارة كاملة جنوبها، كان نتنياهو سيواجه انقلابا قضائيا أو سياسيا أو حتى عسكريا، كان سيواجه تمردا من أجهزته الأمنية والعسكرية التي استثمرت فيها أمريكا لعقود. لكن الإدارة الأمريكية تعرف جيدا القوة الحقيقية لليمين الإسرائيلي وسيطرته وتغلغله في امريكا وإسرائيل، وفي نهاية الأمر أمريكا هي الإدارة الأمريكية، مجموعة من السياسيين الذين يسعون لفترة ثانية وكبيرهم العجوز يدعمهم عن عقيدة واقتناع ويتعامل بروح أبوية ليحمي نتنياهو من نفسه، ويريد عقلنة حربه وابادته لتمريرها دون حرب إقليمية موسعة وتنتهي بتطبيق علني مع من تبقى من الدول العربية لاستدامة وجود اسرائيل وضمانة أمنها. في حقيقة الأمر لا يوجد خلاف امريكي إسرائيلي، لأننا نعلم جيدا ماذا يحدث حين تختلف أمريكا مع أي دولة او تعد احد سياسييها مارقا وخارجا عن الصف.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
