Поэтому хотела бы запустить рубрику «#папаготовит», где будем делиться с Вами рецептами🫶🏻
И первое блюдо:

Нам понадобится:
▫️ Мидии - 400 грамм
▫️ Сливки - 200 грамм
▫️ Красный лук - 1 шт.
▫️ Чеснок - 5 зуб.
▫️ Имбирь - на глаз
▫️ Сливочное масло - 30 грамм
▫️ Подсолнечное масло - 1 ложка
▫️ Соевый соус - 1 столовая ложка
▫️ Соус Том Ям - 1 пакетик
▫️ Петрушка - 100 грамм
▫️ Сыр «Пармезан» - 50 грамм
▫️ Сок лимона - на глаз

Делаем соус: сливки, смесь Том Ям, сыр пармезан трем на мелкой терке. После этого оставляем в сторонку.

На разогретую сковороду добавляем масло. Следом чеснок и имбирь. Жарим 2 минуты на среднем огне. Затем добавляем лук, через 2 минуты мидии и жарим минут 5-7 на среднем огне. Вливаем соус и соевый соус одновременно. Тушим на маленьком огне 7-9 минут, добавляем петрушку и выключаем.
