Яблочные драники 🍽 Сегодня на #полдник у Саши вкусные яблочные оладушки. Готовятся ну очень просто, временные затраты - 10 минут. Подавала с домашним коровьем молочком (всегда, когда приезжаем в Жердевку покупаю домашние яички, молоко, по возможности творожок), и еще апельсин был в дополнение к оладушкам.
Понадобится: ⚪яблоко 2 шт ⚪яйцо 1 шт ⚪мука 2-3 ст л ⚪сметана 1 ст л (если дома нет, можно и без нее) ⚪ сахар по вкусу, я добавила 1 ст л ⚪корица
1⃣ яблоки натереть на крупной терке 2⃣ добавить муку, яйцо, сметану, сахар, корицу. Перемешать. 3⃣ выпекать на небольшом огне, с каждой стороны до готовности. 4⃣ на готовую оладушку, положить еще сметанку по желанию🤗
