"Ангстрем" не смог избавиться от долга ВЭБу на 238 млрд рублей.

💻 Арбитражный суд Москвы признал обоснованным требование госкорпорации к зеленоградскому производителю микропроцессоров, теперь с "Ангстрема" требуют 141,9 млрд рублей основного долга и 96,3 млрд рублей процентов и неустойки. Это одно из ключевых предприятий микроэлектроники России, но с долгами оно вряд ли сможет расплатиться.

💵 Проблемы у производителя чипов начались из-за неисполнения обязательств по кредиту, выданному в 2008 году дочерней компании "Ангстрем-Т" на строительство завода микроэлектроники, АО "Ангстрем" выступило поручителем по кредиту. "Ангстрем-Т" не смогла погасить задолженность и была признана банкротом в 2019 году, ВЭБ.РФ предъявил требования к поручителю.
