Директор одной из челябинских школ сообщил 74.RU, что в школу от Минобразования и науки Челябинской области поступил документ, в котором сказано, что для общения запрещены: Discord, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Snapchat, Telegram, Threema, Viber, WhatsApp, WeChat, а в качестве разрешенных предложены «ВКонтакте» и «Сферум»

Такие нововведения нужны для того, чтобы обезопасить персональные данные пользователей, рассказала городскому порталу первый замминистра образования Челябинской области Елена Коузова.
