Это третий оборотный штраф, назначенный компании в РФ за неудаление запрещенного и недостоверного контента.
Первый оборотный штраф на 7,222 млрд назначали в 2021 году. А второй — в 2022 году. Тогда суд оштрафовал Google на 21,7 млрд руб.
