РКН зафиксировал 135 случаев распространения в интернете баз данных, содержащих более 710 млн записей.
Напомним, 30 ноября 2024 Владимир Путин подписал закон, согласно которому за утечку персональных данных клиентов компаний были установлены штрафы. За массовую утечку, содержащую записи более чем о 100 тыс. человек или свыше 1 млн идентификаторов, штрафы увеличились до 400 тыс. рублей для граждан, до 600 тыс. для должностных лиц и до 15 млн для юрлиц.

Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
