Сегодня в Молодежном центре «НАРТ» состоялся музыкальный концерт совместно с Детской музыкальной школой г. Нарткалы.

В преддверии Международного дня инвалидов, это мероприятие стало ярким событием, объединившим талантливых юных музыкантов, певцов и чтецов. Каждый присутствующий в зале ощутил волнующие эмоции, единение и красоту искусства.

Концерт был проведен по инициативе Алины Зашукаевой, активистки Молодежного центра «НАРТ», которая успешно развивает в центре направление «Культура»

Выражаем искреннюю благодарность всем артистам, участникам и организаторам концерта за создание незабываемой атмосферы! Музыка объединяет, вдохновляет и дарит надежду. Дальше – больше!

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
