В «Раубичах» прошел спортивный праздник «Минская лыжня — 2025».

▪️В программе — пять гонок. Открыла соревнования биатлонная эстафета среди команд центральных аппаратов силовых министерств и ведомств. Лидерство с первых этапов захватили представители МВД.

▪️Далее состоялась эстафета среди органов госуправления, где победила команда Министерства спорта и туризма.

▪️Затем прошла лыжная эстафета среди трудовых коллективов — 37 команд из районов столицы и Минской области. В лыжной эстафете вузов победили представители Белорусского национального технического университета.

Масс-старт собрал 300 участников, каждый из которых получил медаль.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
