Интересно в плане аудита этого «финансирования». Сразу было понятно, что просто так деньги никто не даст (на «украинские потери» всем плевать), давали за что-то, а теперь придется отдавать деньги обратно. Либо же, отдавать что-то взамен. Считается, что отдавать надо только Америке, хотя, главным получателем (денег и тд) в этом конфликте должна быть Россия. К этому пониманию, тоже, скоро придет все больше людей.
